Yes No. All participants for all youth and adult camps are asked to bring a mask/ face covering - as certain buildings we may enter have different protocols, so please bring them and have them handy. You will not be required to wear masks during aerobic activity, outdoors or if you are vaccinated. This is per the guidance of the CDC and WV state summer camp procedures.
What kind of COVID-19 precautions can I expect?
As restrictions are lifted and change, we will make the final call on prevautions as we approach camp sessions. We will follow the local and state guidelines, as well as, respect any protocol a business may have in place.
What kind of weekly mileage is required in order to participate?
For our high school camps, we don't require any kind of base mileage in order to participate. However, we will be running every day, so base of running 2 + miles comfortably is preferred. We break into groups, so athletes with mileage closer to 50 - 60 + miles/ week will still be challenged and well run. So don't worry - we've got you covered, no matter your skill level!
For our middle school camps, there is no mileage required. As long as you like to run and want to learn - you'll have a great time!
For our adult camp, we will also split into groups, so no mileage is required just a desire to run more efficiently and be a lifelong runner.
Will I be bored if I am a seasoned athlete?
No! Our camps are designed for every level to improve performance and take your training to the next level. We will have group runs designed for all skills, and break into small groups to ensure everyone reaches their goals.
Who are these camps designed for?
