Adult Summer Camp

August 13 - 15, 2021

Why should kids have all the fun? Running is our passion, but play is our life. Whether a weekend warrior just fitting in a couple runs here and there or an ultra extraordinaire, our workshops are developed for every skill level. Learn the the foundations of healthy running performance, proper nutrition/fueling practices, injury prevention, improved running skills, muscle endurance, strength development, mindfulness, and racing strategies

Adult Winter Retreat

February 26 - 28, 2021

Join us, in the beautiful Canaan Valley of West Virginia. Learn the foundations of healthy running performance, but also key components to running wild in the winter - breathing exercises, proper fueling and nutrition, clothing, navigation and more! Choose your own adventure, with built in free time - explore the trails, hit the slopes, grab your fat tire bike, snowshoes, whatever feeds your wild side!

High School Camps

July 6 - 9, 2021

Looking to achieve a new level this season? Learn the foundations of healthy running performance, injury prevention, improved running skills, muscle endurance, and strength development from some the leading minds and athletes in the running industry.

Middle School Camp

July 12 - 14, 2021

If you love to play outside, run, make new friends, and have fun - this camp is for you! Kids will learn to build the foundation of healthy running in a fun environment through the use of nature, games, state of the art running tools, and whole foods!
